A brand-new exhibition, Adventures in Time & Space, is set to land at Peterborough Museum & Art Gallery this May, promising an out-of-this-world experience for visitors of all ages. Running until November, this exhibition features one of the largest collections Doctor Who props.

From Cybermen and Sontarans to Sea Devils and Weeping Angels, this exhibition will showcase an incredible lineup of Doctor Who’s most iconic monsters. Fans will get up close to original spaceship models, masks, costumes, weapons, and life-size creatures, along with a replica TARDIS console and police boxes.

Running for six months, Adventures in Time & Space will feature special events, celebrity guest appearances, book signings, and exclusive behind-the-scenes insights. One of the major highlights will be the unveiling of a replica TARDIS console, allowing fans to witness firsthand the heart of the Doctor’s time-traveling adventures.

Sarah Wilson, Heritage Manager at Peterborough Museum, shared her excitement:

This exhibition is going to be huge, and we are expecting visitors from across the country and even overseas.

Due to high demand, the museum will be open six days a week from May, and visitors are strongly encouraged to book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

To complement Adventures in Time & Space, the museum will also host two exclusive art exhibitions:

The Art of Jeff Cummins (June) – Featuring stunning artwork from Doctor Who novels, Paul McCartney, Led Zeppelin, and more.
Don Smith: A Doctor Who Photographic Retrospective (August) – Showcasing legendary Radio Times covers and rare behind-the-scenes images from the iconic sci-fi series.
